FEDERAL EXCISE GENERAL ORDER NO. 01/2011 Subject: FILING AND PROCESSING OF EXPEDITIOUS REFUNDS BY IT SYSTEM OF FBR. In exercise of the powers conferred under section 40 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005 the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that provisions of Sales Tax General Order No. 19 of 2010 dated 13.05.2010 shall apply mutatis mutandis to cases of refund of duties of excise under Federal Excise Act, 2005.
